Emotions carry energy. In fact, it is energy in motion.
Every emotion has a different vibration attached to it. Depression has a lower vibration than anger for instance. The way we understand this is that when we are in a depressed frame of mind, we usually stop caring about things. On the other hand, when we express anger, we most likely care about something too much – or are a little too invested in the emotional part of the situation.
So we can take the way we feel our emotions and the way things or situations make us feel different emotions as our guidance system. Do you feel happy right now? Then you are aligned with what’s good for you. Do you feel frustrated with something or someone? Is there sadness beneath that? Let‘s find out what this means for you in your current life and how we can help you to align into resonance with your goals, dreams and fulfilment.
The bottom line is that reading emotions, being aware of how you feel at every given moment is what will guide you in every aspect of your life. The key is to get to know yourself and to not be afraid of looking at what the emotions mean to you or what they trigger.
Fear is as much an emotion as joy and carries the same high energy. The difference is, that we associate different experiences with each and have memories triggering either the one or the other with the relevant vibration (good/bad).
So let‘s have a look at an example:
Take two people of different background and upbringing, both ready to board a flight to Canada from Ireland. – one loves to fly and be in the skies and the other has an intense fear of being up there stuck in a plane.
The plane and the journey in itself, in fact, is the same for both – we could call it neutral, but the way they perceive the journeys are very different.
So if the person who fears flying starts looking at their fear from a different perspective they may start to loosen the grip and even come to terms that being on a plane, in fact, means freedom not feeling stuck. We would dissipate the strong vibration attached to the emotion of fear of flying and suddenly being on a plane is neutral for that person. There is neither fear nor immense excitement. The person simply is aware of where they are and accepts that flying opens opportunities to see the world and explore other cultures.
The same works for fears towards public speaking, social media presence, being on a stage, writing your book etc. The thing itself doesn’t carry any emotion – it is your attachment to whatever you fear about it.
It‘s often hard to identify what is what on your own and that is where working together comes in handy.
My work is to facilitate a space where you can discover yourself. We go beyond the mind. We will see you from the perspective of your higher self, help you understand your emotions and ways to deal with them or transcend them – whatever is necessary at that moment.
So take the leap to work with your emotions and have me on your side, so we can do this together.
