Becoming an extraordinary leader starts with leading yourself extraordinarily. You have to be able to lead yourself first before you are ready to lead others.
- Self- awareness: be self-aware in all situations. check your traits. How did I react to this? What is emerging for me at this moment?
- Self-Reflection: take a few minutes every day (I do it in the mornings, but you may prefer in the evenings) to re-evaluate the challenges you faced during the day. What would you have liked to do differently?
- 3- Self-Management/Self-Regulation: Taking a step back from a difficult situation and give it a different perspective. Reframing in your mind whenever you are with people who are difficult to lead: From 1-10 how important is this situation right now?
Your ability to have extraordinary conversations leads to extraordinary results in your work and of your team. Your power to get past limiting beliefs, negative inner chatter and disempowering stories from the past will inspire the people around you (your team, staff etc) to step up and do the same.
You are the leader they were looking for. All you need to do now is claim it.
Working with me will give you all the tools and skills you need.
