This could be a friend telling you about their promotion and even though it has nothing to do with you, instead of feeling happy for them, you find yourself feeling resentful for no good reason.
Or maybe someone passing by gives you a compliment, but instead of feeling happy, you notice yourself feeling confused or inadequate without knowing why.
These are examples of pockets of emotions that have gotten stuck in your body and mind at some point in your life and can get triggered by different situations.
Often these pockets of emotions are stopping us from moving forward and finding peace in many areas of our lives.
In a mini release session you learn to let go of pockets of emotion in any areas that have kept you stuck in the past.
Over 45 minutes I will guide you to connect to your inner wisdom and through a gentle and caring process, you will release any emotional pockets that come up, leaving you feeling lighter and clearer.
Where there was resistance before, there may now be love instead of anger, forgiveness instead of resentment and peace in place of sadness.
