Long ago I came to the realisation that I couldn‘t do it all by myself. I realised that talking it through with someone who can offer professional and non-judgemental advise can be transformative.
I experienced that saying it out loud to someone who can listen without agenda, does not only feel liberating and freeing but is also therapeutic and can help to find inner calm.
I chose to work with coaches through difficult and uncertain periods in my life because I wanted to feel empowered and get a hold of the options and make a conscious choice in the direction of my vision.
My coaches showed me what‘s possible and it was their support that kept me going.
I knew then that I wanted to be that person to someone else. I wanted to be the coach listening, guiding and holding the vision so strongly that the person in front of me had no choice but to choose themselves.
You are most likely at that point now, knowing that you are ready to move forward from the place where you feel stuck and you want to liberate yourself from uncertainty and negative mind-chatter.
I get it because I have been there and I will be there again because life is in constant motion and we are continuously facing new challenges we haven’t dealt with before.
That is ok and the beauty is that once we have the tools and the people around us to support us, we can look forward to every part of life be it challenging or not, because we realise this is the time we grow again, become stronger, more in-tune with ourselves, our lives and our loved ones.
I am a firm believer that everyone should have a coach on their side, if not always then at least at the pivotal moments in life.
The difference can be like sailing through a storm with a skipper or being thrown into the water with barely a life-ring around you. I might be exaggerating here but you get the idea.
