A unique experience blending body movement- inspired by yoga postures-, breathwork, meditation practices and mantra chanting together, to assist in becoming more aware of your body, mind and spirit.

Here my aim is to facilitate and hold a space for you, in which you are invited to bring meditation to an open, personal inquiry where you can meet your own wisdom or turmoil directly in a safe, calm and non- judgmental environment.
No experience is required. Mats and other props are provided. Please book in advance
