Transformational Meditation Course (Dublin) starts April 6th at 8pm-9.15pm

A unique experience blending body movement- inspired by yoga postures-, breathwork, meditation practices and mantra chanting together, to assist in becoming more aware of your body, mind and spirit.

Awareness through Movement, Breathwork and calming the mind.

Here my aim is to facilitate and hold a space for you, in which you are invited to bring meditation to an open, personal inquiry where you can meet your own wisdom or turmoil directly in a safe, calm and non- judgmental environment.

No experience is required. Mats and other props are provided. Please book in advance

Class schedule

Each class will have a different focus point accompanied by

  • Introduction
  • Warm up
  • Breathwork – Pranayama
  • Yoga based body movement
  • Meditation practice
  • Cool down and closure
