She strongly believes in life-time learning to deepen her skills and therefore to be a greater benefit to her clients.
Melanie was first impacted by the effective use of alternative therapies on a person’s physical and emotional health when she worked in a five star luxury health and wellness hotel in her native Italy. She became interested in understanding how a variety of relaxing rejuvenating approaches affect health and wellbeing.
Having moved to Ireland in 2005, Melanie started working in a family owned perfumery, learning about the nature of aromatherapy and the use of organic essential oils and how to create luxury handmade organic essences, perfumes, facial and hand creams, ointments and soaps. She has since furthered her expert complimentary health training in a variety of massage therapy approaches, reflexology, yoga and meditation. Natural and holistic therapies have not simply become Melanie’s work, it is her passion – and she believes in the clear benefits the right alternative therapies have on a person’s health.
Melanie has been practising meditation since an early childhood with her father who is a practitioner of TM (Transcendental Meditation).
